Tooth Whitening

Whiter teeth has now become the number one aesthetic concern of most patients. Luckily it is a simple, non-invasive dental treatment that will change the color of natural tooth enamel.

Reasons for tooth whitening:

 Fluorosis (excessive fluoridation during tooth development causing

 Normal wear of outer tooth layer.

 Stained teeth due to medications

 Yellow, brown stained teeth.

There are a number of ways we can help you get that bright white smile you’ve always wanted.

 At home tooth whitening system that will whiten teeth dramatically. You will receive a custom tray for both upper and lower teeth along with 2 tubes of whitening gel. You will place a very small amount of gel in your custom tray and wear your tray for 3060 min.

 In office whitening. This will include a 30 min whitening session. The process is very different from what you would normally do with a home whitening system. Once your teeth are adequately prepared we will apply a desensitizer. Next we will start the whitening by applying a gel then light curing. After the 30 min session you will see a dramatic difference in the shade of your teeth.

 Kor whitening is our final choice. This is the strongest system we offer. This gel is specially formulated to whiten deep tough stains. You will receive custom bleaching trays and custom desensitizing trays. The amazing thing about this system is it will not inturrupt your daily routine because you will whiten while you sleep! Please visit to see some amazing results.

Since tooth whitening only works on natural tooth enamel, it is important to evaluate the replacement of any old fillings, crowns, etc. Replacement of any restorations will be done after bleaching so they will match the newly bleached teeth.

Tooth whitening is not permanent. A touchup maybe needed every several years, and more often if you smoke, drink coffee, tea, or wine.
